In the event a media outlet seeks to challenge the Israeli GPO for cancelling an Israeli press pass or suspending an Israeli press pass, it is possible to do so. \u00a0An objection can be submitted to a committee in the GPO (by the media outlet in the case of an employee or by the individual in the case of a freelancer). Time is of essence, as an objection must be submitted to the Prime Minister\u2019s office within 30 days after the press pass is cancelled or suspended. \u00a0The committee will respond within three months (or 90 days), and the media outlet or individual will be notified of the impending meeting three weeks in advance. <\/span><\/p>\n
